Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality fragrance products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfume and fragrance products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaked during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact.

Returns requested for reasons such as fragrance preference, change of mind, or personal taste cannot be accepted once the product has been opened or used.

2. Return Request Process

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • Send an email to redandblueessence@gmail.com
  • Include:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted without proper proof may not be approved.

3. Return Approval

  • All return requests are reviewed before approval.
  • Once approved, customers will receive instructions for the return process.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Packaging Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Include original box, packaging, and accessories
  • Be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

Products damaged due to improper return packaging may not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A refund as per policy terms.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

8. Damaged Delivery Claims

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours along with proof.

Claims submitted without valid evidence may be declined.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
