Shipping policy
At Red & Blue Essence, we take pride in delivering premium quality fragrances. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Item is missing from the order
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video/photo proof is mandatory
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened perfumes
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement (subject to product availability).
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Refund on Cancellation
- If cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To provide convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across select locations.
COD Charges
- A nominal ₹99 COD fee may apply on order below INR 849.00
Order Confirmation
- COD orders may require OTP or phone confirmation before dispatch
Non-Acceptance of COD Orders
- Repeated order rejections may lead to COD restrictions on future orders
